Are you or a loved one struggling with blurred vision due to cataracts? Consider cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses (IOL) for clearer vision and improved independence.

At Goel Vision, we provide tailored options for superior visual results, empowering you to fully engage in daily activities without the burden of cloudy vision.

What Are Premium Intraocular Lenses (IOLs)?

Cataracts primarily develop due to aging, causing the natural lens of your eye to become cloudy and obstructing light from reaching the retina effectively.

During cataract surgery, this cloudy lens is removed and replaced with a premium intraocular lens (IOL). These FDA-approved lenses are designed to provide clearer vision for years. After the procedure, patients often enjoy significantly clearer vision without the recurrence of cataracts.

Types of Premium Intraocular Lenses

Toric IOLs

Unlike traditional monofocal IOLs, Toric IOLs can correct astigmatism to allow for clearer distance vision. You may still need readers for near activities.

Multifocal IOLs

Multifocal IOLs enable focusing at various distances, correcting both near and far vision. Most patients no longer need glasses with these lenses, significantly enhancing their quality of life.

LAL IOLs

The LAL is the only IOL that can be fine tuned while already in the eye. It gives you a chance to test drive the vision and then make an adjustment for your needs.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Goel will determine which premium IOL best suits your visual needs.

Results with IOLs

Procedures using premium IOLs are often minimally invasive. Most patients experience a quick recovery, and can return to their normal activities soon after surgery.

Many patients find that their dependence on corrective eyewear diminishes significantly after surgery. Although some may still need glasses for specific tasks, the overall improvement in vision can be profound, making everyday activities more enjoyable and less cumbersome.
